Complete Health Yoga has gathered expert-level instructors, many with decades of experience, to ensure that every student who attends class will have access to a rich yoga practice. Our studio is bright and welcoming, and the size allows for specialized and focused instruction, providing each student with a safe and personal experience.
At Complete Health Yoga, we dedicate ourselves to exploring the entire BODY.MIND.SPIRIT continuum so that our students and growing community can reach even greater potential.
BODY. We understand that the physical form of yoga (Hatha) is important for strengthening as well as relieving anxiety and tension. Our teachers provide invigorating asana flows in addition to restorative, gentle classes to match every student’s energetic needs
MIND. At Complete Health Yoga, we know that only a quiet mind can grow. There is more than one way to approach mindfulness. Our community of teachers from varied backgrounds allows us to pass along tools from many different philosophies and styles, providing each student a well-rounded, unique yoga and meditation experience.
SPIRIT. True yogic living goes beyond poses and breath. Complete Health Yoga is a spirit-focused studio that fully honors and adopts the eight-fold path providing definitive steps for continued personal exploration. We incorporate key teachings and educational workshops to enhance the individual’s understanding of these ancient yogic teachings, helping to lead others and ourselves to the ultimate goal of spiritual realization.
